Refund policy
As a policy, we do not accept any returns once you complete the purchase unless there are damages on the product. We will take your request for returns into consideration if the products have been damaged during the delivery process as well.
Exchanges.
If there are any issues with the product size and it doesn’t fit you properly, bring it back to us within 3 days. We will exchange it for you.
In case of damage in the item, you must contact GM Collection within three days of receiving the item. Then we can conclude whether to exchange or change your order based on circumstances under mutual consent. For more inquiries,
